المزمور 120 — Psalm 120

תְּהִלִּים מזמור ק״כ

150 مزموراً مقدساً، ديوان الدعاء والتسبيح الأكبر، مع جدول القراءة الشهري (30 يوماً) والأسبوعي (7 أيام).

1. שִׁ֗יר הַֽמַּ֫עֲל֥וֹת אֶל־ה׳ בַּצָּרָ֣תָה לִּ֑י קָ֝רָ֗אתִי וַֽיַּעֲנֵֽנִי׃

   صَرَخْتُ إِلَى الرَّبِّ فِي ضِيقِي فَاسْتَجَابَ لِي.

   A Song of Ascents. In my distress I called unto the LORD, And He answered me.

2. ה׳ הַצִּ֣ילָה נַ֭פְשִׁי מִשְּׂפַת־שֶׁ֑קֶר מִלָּשׁ֥וֹן רְמִיָּֽה׃

   نَجِّ نَفْسِي يَا رَبُّ مِنَ الشِّفَاهِ الْكَاذِبَةِ وَاللِّسَانِ الْمُنَافِقِ.

   O LORD, deliver my soul from lying lips, From a deceitful tongue.

3. מַה־יִּתֵּ֣ן לְ֭ךָ וּמַה־יֹּסִ֥יף לָ֗ךְ לָשׁ֥וֹן רְמִיָּֽה׃

   أَيُّ نَفْعٍ يَأْتِينِي مِنَ اللِّسَانِ الغَشَّاشِ؟

   What shall be given unto thee, and what shall be done more unto thee, Thou deceitful tongue?

4. חִצֵּ֣י גִבּ֣וֹר שְׁנוּנִ֑ים עִ֝֗ם גַּחֲלֵ֥י רְתָמִֽים׃

   إِنَّهُ كَسِهَامِ الْجَبَّارِ الحَادَّةِ وَكَالْجَمْرِ الأَحْمَرِ الْمُلْتَهِبِ.

   Sharp arrows of the mighty, With coals of broom.

5. אֽוֹיָה־לִ֭י כִּי־גַ֣רְתִּי מֶ֑שֶׁךְ שָׁ֝כַ֗נְתִּי עִֽם־אׇהֳלֵ֥י קֵדָֽר׃

   وَيْلِي لأَنِّي تَغَرَّبْتُ فِي مَاشِكَ، وَسَكَنْتُ فِي خِيَامِ قِيدَارَ.

   Woe is me, that I sojourn with Meshech, That I dwell beside the tents of Kedar!

6. רַ֭בַּת שָֽׁכְנָה־לָּ֣הּ נַפְשִׁ֑י עִ֝֗ם שׂוֹנֵ֥א שָׁלֽוֹם׃

   طَالَ سَكَنِي مَعَ أُنَاسٍ يُبْغِضُونَ السَّلامَ.

   My soul hath full long had her dwelling With him that hateth peace.

7. אֲֽנִי־שָׁ֭לוֹם וְכִ֣י אֲדַבֵּ֑ר הֵ֝֗מָּה לַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃ {פ}

   أَنَا رَجُلُ سَلامٍ، وَكُلَّمَا دَعَوْتُ إِلَيْهِ هَبُّوا هُمْ لِلْحَرْبِ.

   I am all peace; But when I speak, they are for war.
