المزمور 129 — Psalm 129

תְּהִלִּים מזמור קכ״ט

150 مزموراً مقدساً، ديوان الدعاء والتسبيح الأكبر، مع جدول القراءة الشهري (30 يوماً) والأسبوعي (7 أيام).

  1. שִׁ֗יר הַֽמַּ֫עֲל֥וֹת רַ֭בַּת צְרָר֣וּנִי מִנְּעוּרַ֑י יֹאמַר־נָ֝֗א יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

    مَا أَكْثَرَ مَا ضَايَقُونِي فِي حَدَاثَتِي يَقُولُ إِسْرَائِيلُ.

    A Song of Ascents. 'Much have they afflicted me from my youth up', Let Israel now say;

  2. רַ֭בַּת צְרָר֣וּנִי מִנְּעוּרָ֑י גַּ֝֗ם לֹא־יָ֥כְלוּ לִֽי׃

    مَا أَكْثَرَ مَا ضَايَقُونِي فِي حَدَاثَتِي، لَكِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَتَغَلَّبُوا عَلَيَّ.

    'Much have they afflicted me from my youth up; But they have not prevailed against me.

  3. עַל־גַּ֭בִּי חָרְשׁ֣וּ חֹרְשִׁ֑ים הֶ֝אֱרִ֗יכוּ (למענותם) [לְמַעֲנִיתָֽם]׃

    جَرَحُوا ظَهْرِي جُرُوحاً عَمِيقَةً، فَصَارَ كَالأَتْلامِ (خُطُوطِ الْمِحْرَاثِ) الطَّوِيلَةِ فِي حَقْلٍ مَحْرُوثٍ.

    The plowers plowed upon my back; They made long their furrows.

  4. ה׳ צַדִּ֑יק קִ֝צֵּ֗ץ עֲב֣וֹת רְשָׁעִֽים׃

    الرَّبُّ عَادِلٌ، كَسَرَ أَغْلالَ عُبُودِيَّةِ الأَشْرَارِ.

    The LORD is righteous; He hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.'

  5. יֵ֭בֹשׁוּ וְיִסֹּ֣גוּ אָח֑וֹר כֹּ֝֗ל שֹׂנְאֵ֥י צִיּֽוֹן׃

    فَلْيَخْزَ وَلْيُدْبِرْ جَمِيعُ مُبْغِضِي صِهْيَوْنَ.

    Let them be ashamed and turned backward, All they that hate Zion.

  6. יִ֭הְיוּ כַּחֲצִ֣יר גַּגּ֑וֹת שֶׁקַּדְמַ֖ת שָׁלַ֣ף יָבֵֽשׁ׃

    لِيَكُونُوا كَالْعُشْبِ النَّابِتِ عَلَى السُّطُوحِ، الَّذِي يَجِفُّ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْمُوَ،

    Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, Which withereth afore it springeth up;

  7. שֶׁלֹּ֤א מִלֵּ֖א כַפּ֥וֹ קוֹצֵ֗ר וְחִצְנ֥וֹ מְעַמֵּֽר׃

    فَلَا يَمْلأُ الْحَاصِدُ مِنْهُ يَدَهُ، وَلَا الْحَازِمُ حِضْنَهُ.

    Wherewith the reaper filleth not his hand, Nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.

  8. וְלֹ֤א אָמְר֨וּ ׀ הָעֹבְרִ֗ים בִּרְכַּֽת־ה׳ אֲלֵיכֶ֑ם בֵּרַ֥כְנוּ אֶ֝תְכֶ֗ם בְּשֵׁ֣ם ה׳ {פ}

    وَلَا يَقُولُ عَابِرُو السَّبِيلِ لَهُمْ: «لِتَكُنْ عَلَيْكُمْ بَرَكَةُ الرَّبِّ: نُبَارِكُكُمْ بِاسْمِ الرَّبِّ».

    Neither do they that go by say: ‘The blessing of the LORD be upon you; We bless you in the name of the LORD.'
