المزمور 14 — Psalm 14

תְּהִלִּים מזמור י״ד

150 مزموراً مقدساً، ديوان الدعاء والتسبيح الأكبر، مع جدول القراءة الشهري (30 يوماً) والأسبوعي (7 أيام).

1. לַמְנַצֵּ֗חַ לְדָ֫וִ֥ד אָ֘מַ֤ר נָבָ֣ל בְּ֭לִבּוֹ אֵ֣ין אֱ-לֹהִים הִֽשְׁחִ֗יתוּ הִֽתְעִ֥יבוּ עֲלִילָ֗ה אֵ֣ין עֹֽשֵׂה־טֽוֹב׃

   قَالَ الْجَاهِلُ فِي قَلْبِهِ: لَا يُوجَدُ إِلَهٌ! قَدْ فَسَدَ الْبَشَرُ وَارْتَكَبُوا الْمُوبِقَاتِ، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمْ مَنْ يَعْمَلُ الصَّلاحَ.

   For the Leader. [A Psalm] of David. The fool hath said in his heart: 'There is no God'; they have dealt corruptly, they have done abominably; there is none that doeth good.

2. ה׳ מִשָּׁמַיִם֮ הִשְׁקִ֢יף עַֽל־בְּנֵי־אָ֫דָ֥ם לִ֭רְאוֹת הֲיֵ֣שׁ מַשְׂכִּ֑יל דֹּ֝רֵ֗שׁ אֶת־אֱ-לֹהִים

   أَشْرَفَ الرَّبُّ عَلَى بَنِي آدَمَ لِيَرَى هَلْ هُنَاكَ أَيُّ فَاهِمٍ يَطْلُبُ الرَّبّ (هَاشِيم)؟

   The LORD looked forth from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any man of understanding, that did seek after God.

3. הַכֹּ֥ל סָר֮ יַחְדָּ֢ו נֶ֫אֱלָ֥חוּ אֵ֤ין עֹֽשֵׂה־ט֑וֹב אֵ֝֗ין גַּם־אֶחָֽד׃

   فَإِذَا الْجَمِيعُ قَدْ ضَلُّوا عَلَى السَّوَاءِ. كُلُّهُمْ فَسَدُوا، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمْ مَنْ يَعْمَلُ الصَّلاحَ، وَلَا وَاحِدٌ.

   They are all corrupt, they are together become impure; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

4. הֲלֹ֥א יָדְעוּ֮ כׇּל־פֹּ֢עֲלֵ֫י אָ֥וֶן אֹכְלֵ֣י עַ֭מִּי אָ֣כְלוּ לֶ֑חֶם ה׳ לֹ֣א קָרָֽאוּ׃

   أَلَيْسَ لَدَى جَمِيعِ فَاعِلِي الإِثْمِ مَعْرِفَةٌ؟ أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ شَعْبِي كَمَا يَأْكُلُونَ خُبْزاً، وَلَا يَطْلُبُونَ الرَّبَّ.

   ’Shall not all the workers of iniquity know it, who eat up My people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD?'

5. שָׁ֤ם ׀ פָּ֣חֲדוּ פָ֑חַד כִּֽי־אֱ-לֹהִים בְּד֣וֹר צַדִּֽיק׃

   هُنَاكَ اسْتَوْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ خَوْفٌ عَظِيمٌ، لأَنَّ الرَّبّ (هَاشِيم) فِي جَمَاعَةِ الأَبْرَارِ.

   There are they in great fear; for God is with the righteous generation.

6. עֲצַת־עָנִ֥י תָבִ֑ישׁוּ כִּ֖י ה׳ מַחְסֵֽהוּ׃

   تُسَفِّهُونَ رَأْيَ الْمِسْكِينِ، لأَنَّهُ جَعَلَ الرَّبّ (هَاشِيم) مَلْجَأَهُ.

   Ye would put to shame the counsel of the poor, but the LORD is his refuge.

7. מִ֥י־יִתֵּ֣ן מִצִּיּוֹן֮ יְשׁוּעַ֢ת יִשְׂרָ֫אֵ֥ל בְּשׁ֣וּב ה׳ שְׁב֣וּת עַמּ֑וֹ יָגֵ֥ל יַ֝עֲקֹ֗ב יִשְׂמַ֥ח יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ {פ}

   لَيْتَ مِنْ صِهْيَوْنَ خَلاصَ إِسْرَائِيلَ. عِنْدَمَا يَرُدُّ الرَّبُّ سَبْيَ شَعْبِهِ، يَبْتَهِجُ يَعْقُوبُ، وَيَفْرَحُ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ.

   Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When the LORD turneth the captivity of His people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.
